With our rising costs of operations, we have found it necessary to introduce a Terminal Handling Charge (THC) of $4.25 per shipment effective August 01, 2024.

The Terminal Handling Charge will apply on all shipments originating or terminating in Yellowknife and points beyond.
The Terminal Handling Charge will not apply to shipments to/from Hay River.
We have traditionally absorbed these costs but unfortunately going forward cannot continue this past practice.
The Terminal Handling Charge will assist us in tackling some of the rising operational costs.
